It is most important to have Buyer's Representation.  Many first time investors and even some experienced real estate investors think they will get a better deal if they contact the Listing Agent directly.  It just is not the case.  In Ohio, a listing agent always represents his or her seller.  They cannot also represent the buyer.  It is always best to have a Buyer's Agent who represents your best interest in property acquisition.

We understand ROI (Return on Investment), cash flow, and we know the neighborhoods.  We know the types and ages of the housing stock you will find in northeastern Ohio.  Some neighborhoods change street by street or even house by house.
